Charity activities: colouring book for refugee children

Bloom, the magazine CURT and the city of Nuremberg have started a charity project benefiting child refugees: a colouring book by and with international Pop Art artist, Jim Avignon. And it was presented at a charity event.
Free colouring book for refugee children
Together with the culture magazine curt and the city of Nuremberg, the Bloom creative agency and international Pop Art artist Jim Avignon published a beautiful colouring book which will be given out for free to child refugees in Nuremberg
The idea behind this project – which has already been successfully implemented in Berlin and Stuttgart – stems from multi-media artist Jim Avignon himself. He provided a large number of own designs and convinced many of his artist friends to do the same. The resulting colouring book is a collection of motifs, ranging from child-oriented to sophisticated and artistic designs, which will surely be loved by both young and old.
Charity release party by Bloom and curt
The colouring book was presented at a charity release party by Bloom and curt in the MUZ Club in Nuremberg. The numerous guests from the business sector, the media and the creative scene were able to purchase their own copy of the colouring book with generous donations – and a few lucky ones had their copy signed by Jim Avignon. All donations went straight to the Nuremberg child refugees. An open after-party followed the fundraiser. The guests enjoyed live painting, a concert by Neoangin, and Jim Avignon and Stefan Wagner as DJs.
We’re more than glad to have been able to implement this project with Jim Avignon and we really hope to have contributed to supporting the child refugees in our city.
